Read these terms carefully before deploying any token or NFT contract through Bake My Token.

Bake My Token is a self-serve interface that helps users deploy ERC20 and ERC721 smart contracts to EVM networks. Supported routes include Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Sonic, Avalanche, Scroll, Base, Linea, and Celo (including available testnets).
You are fully responsible for the contracts you deploy and how they are used. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, token economics can carry financial risk, and regulatory obligations may apply in your jurisdiction.
1. Non-custodial use
Deployments are signed and broadcast from your wallet. We do not custody your wallet, private keys, funds, or deployed assets. If you lose wallet access, we cannot recover assets for you.
2. Fees and payments
Every deployment may include (a) network gas paid to validators and (b) a service commission paid to the configured service receiver contract. Service commission is displayed in-app from live on-chain contract reads before confirmation.
3. Contract templates and limitations
Templates are provided "as is" without warranties. You should test on testnets before launching on mainnet, verify constructor inputs, and review source code and behavior for your selected template.
4. No investment advice
Nothing in this app is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for your compliance, disclosures, and communications with your users and token holders.
5. External services
The app may link to third-party wallets, RPC providers, explorers, and social channels. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their uptime, policies, or content.
6. Privacy and analytics
Wallet addresses and transactions are public blockchain data. We may use privacy-conscious analytics events to improve usability and reliability. We do not ask for private keys.
7. Availability and updates
We may update pricing logic, network configuration, copy, and product flows at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
